Finally, applicants need to submit a comprehensive application to the IREC, provide proof of Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance, and meet age and education prerequisites. While Idaho does not have reciprocity with other states, actively licensed out-of-state agents may be eligible for a waiver of the national portion of the exam and pre-license education.
