What you are buying
A CertOutlook practice bank is online access to one exam's question bank: original practice questions with explanations and sources, timed full-length practice exams, a missed-question drill, and a printable study guide (PDF). Each bank's page lists exactly what it contains. It is a study aid, not a course, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the certifying body or testing company for that exam.
Price and payment
Each bank is a one-time payment shown on its page, with no subscription and no renewal. Prices include sales tax where it applies. Checkout is run by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record and issues your receipt.
Access
- After payment you go straight to your bank, and we email you a link to it. Keep that email: the link is how you get back in.
- There is no login. Your link works on any device, and your progress is saved in each browser you use.
- Lost the link? Open your bank's page and enter the email you bought with, and we will send it again. Or email support@certoutlook.com.
- Access does not expire. Use it until exam day and after.
- The bank is for your own study. Please don't share your link publicly or copy the questions elsewhere.
Updates and corrections
Exams and the rules behind them change. When we fix or update a question, the change reaches your bank automatically the next time you open it. If you think an answer is wrong, email us with the question and we will check it against the source.
Refunds
If the bank isn't what you expected, email support@certoutlook.com within 14 days of purchase from the email address you bought with, and we will refund you in full. No questions asked. Refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take several business days to show it.
No guarantee of a result
Practice scores help you find weak areas; they do not predict your real result, and we cannot guarantee that you will pass. Always check your exam's official candidate handbook for the current rules, fees and content outline.
Limits
The banks and the free pages are provided for study and general information. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about a purchase is limited to what you paid for it.
