CE requirements include 2 hours in Infection Control, 1 hour in Ethics, 2 hours in LGBTQ Cultural Competency, 2 hours in Basic Life Support (CPR certification), and at least 1 hour (10%) on public health priority topics. The remaining 2 hours are for dental assistant related topics. First-time renewals do not require CEs. Not more than five (5) continuing education credits for approved internet continuing education courses may be accepted in any renewal period. |
